Namasthe, Today we are living in
a busy world. We hardly get any time to spend with our family and friends. This
create imbalance in relationship with our family such as frequent conflicts,
Depression, Mussel sprain, Body pain and head ache, improper digression and
many such disorders which upon neglect leads to mild to saviour health hazards.
So, we made this blog post to manage time for our-self and manage time for
doing our routine works properly and smoothly towards success.
Improper
time utilization is a common practice in most of our life. So, we tend to do
mistakes in our day-to-day activities and faults in our profession which will
hamper our career and future life. So, for this problem also we can discuss the
ways to come out of ideas to help oneself to move towards greater success.
How normally will be our day-time / night-time routines in general?
We
may wake up without doing gratitude or without devotional Shlokas chanting soon
after our wake up. We may tend to do lazy freshen up and improper water consumption
soon after freshen up. We often tend to do hurry works in the morning without
any planning for it. So, here we waste our most of the time, which could be
managed properly to get the best out of available time. We may skip breakfast
or a light breakfast reduces our energy level to do well to better performance
in job. We in hurry, tend to do work lethargically without much concentration,
which ultimately reduces our life goals achievement. Some days we tend to do
jogging heavily and with full spirit and someday hardly woke up early in the
morning. The filthy environment will create even messier mind-set. With
improper head bath and with sweaty cloths, we may go out for work. We forget
one or the other things to office or to work station and realize big burden of
coming back to collect what we have left out in our home, which create much
stress to your work. We neglect the part of planning and re-planning and
sometimes plan but most of the times we neglect to follow it as per planned
day. Then, with great effort we move towards our bosses to showcase ourselves
as great beings, which may results in poor impression creation in your boss
mind, which will directly affect you and your surroundings. Then, with improper
and unhygienic lunch we fill out our stomach. Some may have the habit of eating
too much in lunch which will create drowsy feeling soon after one’s own
profession. In early evening, we tend to
outperform everyone but may fail often due to improper mentioned in previous
lines. We come back home with stress and big burden of completing professional
works at home to try a second time to become a super star again. These are the
things at profession. But what about situation at home. We fall in argument
with many in family or outside market and become master piece of conflict. So,
with full effort we become an imbalanced in Personal-life and
professional-life. Then we may become addicted to few things which normally upset
our next morning activities. Then, we go to bed lately to make with heavy meal
and sleep erratically. We may get up in paranoid and to urinate and may feel
fresh and start another day from mid night to finish off most of our pending
assignments. So, this will be a brief day-in and day-out history of a failure
person.
How to manage time to make most of it to achieve a big success always
with full energy?
The problem of
procrastination will lead you in dilemma of success or failure. So, here are
tips to manage once own time more efficiently, more enthusiastically and with
full energy and full of focus each morning till evening.

Proper planning tomorrow with day planner at
night
ü
Urinate just before a quick nap / deep Sleep.
ü
Early morning wake-up and freshen up and do chant
shlokas and manthras for your god’s blessing to have a great day ahead.
ü
Make time for reading at least one hour in
morning and one more hour in whatever the time which is convenient for you.
ü
Reading in silence and soon after freshen up
will help you to grow faster and understand better.
ü
Make time for some daily housekeeping works such
as
o
Broom
o
Wet mop
o
Dry wipe mop
o
Clean study table
o
Clean Furniture’s, and TV stand
o
Toilet
upkeep
ü
Personal grooming
o
Proper teeth brush, face wash, lite hot head
bath(mini head bath), Shaving or little make up during early morning
o
Make up the bed just before sleep and soon after
wake up
o
Combing hair
ü
Water boiling
ü
Cooking hot drinks such as Coffee/Tea/Green
tea/Back coffee/Fruit Juices/just water. And most importantly try to avoid
carbonated drinks in early morning.

Make a list of all the activities to be done
before 10:00AM; around 12:00PM; Around 16:00IST & till the time you go for
bed.
ü
Make a healthy habits of meditation and exercise
to sweat and writing a journal on life’s vivid or imaginations to prosper
economically and personal health and work balances
ü
Eat heavy in morning, little less in noon and little in early night
ü
Drink water as much as you can to hydrate yourself
and urinate often to flesh out contaminants from the blood and body and
digestive track cleaning which will help you to prevent acidity and gas inside
our stomach.

Use good soap and shampoo while bathing
ü
Keep a separate soap and soap case for face and
for body
ü
Make up regularly and go to spa to get a body
massage whenever you get free time
These are the point
which has to be completed before noon on all days. How to manage time for all
these points is the secret of this article. Keep a big tan sheet of ruled paper
and draw vertical lines at less than one centimetre and make 25-35coloumns,
Keep bigger columns at the left hand side and also at the top of each column.
Now, write the above points in the column heading and date in left hand side
row beginning. See the picture for this
and use it properly and persistently and make this a habit to make entries
whenever you get time each day and each free time. That’s all the rush hour is
managed by organizing the daily routines in a systematic manner and makes your
life more worthy by giving each task / points a min of 3-20mins per point /
task.
