“Evening Routine”

           Namasthe, We in COVID-19 lockdown period, have got lot of free time to spend. We can make best utilization of it by following so many morning routines. Similarly, We also need to plan out our Afternoon and Evening and Night to make a day busy. I have got few ideas for making evening a beautiful and busy without much stressing out by planning in this way which I am going to inform you in later part of this blog.

        

            During evening, we normally tend to feel little hungry, so by 16:30IST / 17:30IST we can have a small snacks time to curb the hungry feeling. Afternoon, soon after heavy lunch, we may feel drowsy, so to avoid drowsy feeling we can plan for a small walk or we can wash our face many time and make up and combing hair to feel energetic and feel free.

            We have to plan out our afternoon and evening by watching a
small educational documentary which can be sit and viewed by all in family or with friends and relatives. We can also plan late afternoon with reading out loud by keeping a ideal persons like news reader or sports commentator or a TV anchor or someone with great presentation skills or many new famous faces  from the internet. By keeping an IDEA PERSON AND MOCK with some good read will help in building the overall personality, by observing and changing in walking style, talking style, voice modulation and many types of body languages could changes instantly. These small changes can help in building out entire personality in long term.

           


If
 possible, try to build up your overall personality by visiting a personality development coach/trainer. These are the persons with skill set to make the trainee move in the desired direction and help the trainee to build the skill of interest in a meaningful way and the results are instantaneously positive for the trainee. 

            Visiting a driving class / Song class / dance class  / yoga / aerobics / gym / cycling enthusiastic can go for a small round of travel in the  woods to feel more fresh and that makes them feel special about the time they spent for themselves.

            If the time is early evening, we can plan for  a small recipe cooking could also help you to develop the most needed skill “The Cooking” skill. Learning how to cook some small recipe will make one feel good about that one side but on the other side if the kid learns to cook in his/her early ages of life, then it could help them in future life without fatigue. That means to say, if someone travels abroad/far off places where the outside food is too costly or not hygienic or special meal restaurant is far away, then one can cook using his/her small cooking tools, which area available in the market these days.

            Someone with the hobby of “Google Maps details addition” can also make them feel more of a contributor help to the famous google map app.

            These are all the ideas from me to you for spending a afternoon and early evening time. During late evening time, we can make a a good reading if the timing is between 17:00IST to 21:00IST. Sometimes one can read up-to 22:00IST also. But kids try to finish off your reading before 23:30IST to get a good night sleep and keep some time for recalling your day to review and make plan for tomorrow. That makes you feel more energetic. Early to bed, and Early wake-up keeps the mind, body and soul in good shape and good health.
